Prepare the right application documents
Build a requirement list by recipient, purpose and deadline before paying for document services.
There is no single document bundle for every university, scholarship and visa route. Begin with the official instructions for your qualification, country of education and intended intake. Track requirements here; keep personal files in a secure place.
Ticks are not saved to your account. Reloading resets them. Print the page to keep a copy. No personal documents are uploaded.
Academic evidence
List the qualification certificate, marksheets or transcript, grading information and any prerequisite evidence requested. Record whether final results, provisional documents or later submission are accepted for your route. Keep the institution’s exact file format and completeness rules beside the task.
Identity and language evidence
Check spelling and date consistency against the identity document the recipient accepts. Record the required language test version, score components and validity rules if a certificate is needed. Do not assume an admission-language waiver also meets visa requirements.
Written and supporting material
Prepare the requested CV, statement, references or portfolio for that programme. Answer its actual prompt and respect length limits. Agree with referees how references are submitted; some applications require a direct submission rather than a file from the applicant.
Translation, verification and delivery
Check which documents need translation, certification or recognition and which authority accepts the result. These are different services; do not order all of them by default. Record the recipient, official instruction, delivery method and expected lead time before making payment.
Where this comes from
Original Via Glowbal student guidance, adapted from the 2027 directory, issued 1 October 2026. Read PDF pages 15–16. The checklist supports research; your actual programme call, offer and official procedures determine the requirements.
