Website and
service terms.
Updated 20 September 2026 · Website terms version 3
These terms describe use of the Via Glowbal website, public information, student tools and accounts. A paid counselling, education or travel service requires a separate written scope identifying the contracting entity, contact details, price, payment schedule and service-specific conditions. Browsing a guide or sending an enquiry does not by itself purchase a service.
1. Guides and planning tools
Our guides help you research choices and organise preparation. Official institutions, scholarship bodies, test owners and government authorities determine their own requirements. Check the current official call for your programme, intake and applicant category before relying on a date, fee or document list.
Calculators use the inputs and assumptions shown. They do not guarantee affordability, exchange rates, funding or future costs. Checklists, CV drafts and statement outlines help organise your own work; they do not certify eligibility, replace official advice or create admission probabilities. You remain responsible for reviewing an exported document before submitting it.
2. Accounts and your information
Provide accurate information, protect your login and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Do not share passwords or impersonate another person. Keep a copy of important drafts and submissions. Device-only saves and downloaded files are separate from cloud account data. A parent or guardian should be involved before a minor requests a personalised service or supplies personal records.
Report suspected misuse through our contact page. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or meet a legal requirement. Information handling and available requests are described in our privacy notice.
3. Acceptable use
Do not submit fabricated qualifications, misleading applications, unlawful content or personal information you are not entitled to share. Do not attempt to access another person’s plans, bypass access controls, interfere with services, exploit vulnerabilities or use the website to distribute spam or malicious software. Legitimate research and ordinary use of public information remain welcome.
4. Separate professional services
Only work stated in the agreed written scope is included. A proposal should distinguish our fees from university, government, test, courier, translation, insurance, airline and other third-party charges, and specify the currency and any applicable taxes. Confirm the legal entity and contact details before payment or authorising a submission.
Universities and authorities make their own decisions. Via Glowbal cannot promise admission, scholarships, visas, processing times, fares or entry into a country. Customers must provide complete, accurate and timely records, review names and documents, meet applicable deadlines and attend required appointments.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
The applicable written service agreement should explain cancellation, rescheduling, work already undertaken, third-party commitments and any refund calculation before a purchase. These website terms do not create a blanket non-refundable-fee rule. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation or refund rights, are not excluded by a general website statement.
If a provider changes a requirement, availability or decision, the effect on a commissioned service depends on its agreed scope and applicable law. Ask for clarification before authorising additional work or costs.
6. Content and intellectual property
You may read and link to public guides and use the tools to prepare your own documents. Your own CV, notes and factual contributions remain yours. Downloaded materials may contain separately licensed content; follow any stated attribution and licence conditions. Do not imply that a university, government, test owner or image creator endorses Via Glowbal.
Third-party names identify the relevant institutions or services. Logos and photographs are used only where an appropriate basis has been established, with credits where required. Original illustrations may depict imagined scenes; they are not evidence of a real campus, partnership or student outcome.
7. External services and availability
External links, embedded media and provider systems operate under their own terms. We cannot control their availability, content, charges or decisions. The website may change or experience interruptions; keep independent copies of deadlines, application receipts and important work.
We aim to correct material errors when identified. Please include the affected page and an official source when reporting an error. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer protections.
8. Practice, learning and scores
Original practice exercises help you study particular skills. Unless a session expressly states and substantiates otherwise, it is a partial practice set, not an official exam, a complete simulation, a validated score predictor or a qualification. Timing, coverage and scoring are shown for that session. Test-provider names identify the relevant exam; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Free public resources can be used without buying counselling. Any future paid learning feature must show its included materials, access period, price, applicable taxes and cancellation conditions before purchase. No payment or subscription is created by opening a guide or completing a free exercise. Respect the licence and usage conditions of external materials linked from the website.
9. Shared account and service choices
A shared sign-in does not automatically enrol you with Via Glowbal, Dr Glowbal, Irshad or PLS Foundation. Each service has its own membership and authorised team. We record the current website terms agreement and privacy-notice acknowledgement when you make those explicit choices with a verified account before joining Via Glowbal counselling. Marketing permission is separate.
You can close Via Glowbal membership through account settings. That stops new counselling workspace activity and optional marketing for this service, while leaving the shared identity, reviewed historical records, independent saved tools and other services available. Closure is not a cancellation or refund instruction for a separate engagement. Use the agreed service process for that request. Erasure and shared-account deletion requests are reviewed by category and applicable obligations; a request receipt is not confirmation that data was erased.
10. Questions and updates
Contact the team through the contact page for website issues, service clarification or complaints. The relevant written engagement should identify the contracting party and any applicable governing-law or dispute terms. This page does not invent a universal court, arbitration requirement or liability cap for every customer.
The update date identifies this version. Material service-contract changes must be handled under the applicable agreement and law; simply editing a website does not rewrite an already agreed service.
