Free / Personal budgets & shared spaces
Money clarity.
Your kind of space.
Your first year abroad has enough moving parts. Keep your own budget private, split the flat’s groceries and plan a trip with friends—without mixing accounts or currencies.
Just you
Record income and expenses. Set monthly spending limits and see where your money goes. Your personal space stays private.
Your people
Create an invitation-only group. Split expenses equally or by exact amounts and record repayments agreed outside the tool.
Your currencies
Store EUR, GBP, INR, OMR, USD, CAD, AUD, AED, SAR and JPY entries. Each currency keeps its own totals and balances.
A simple start
From account to clear balances.
- Set up your profile. Use your existing account, choose a budgeting handle and decide whether to receive invitations.
- Create a space. Choose personal or group. Personal spaces cannot be converted into shared spaces.
- Add the real amounts. Pick a currency, date and category. Save each entry explicitly to your account.
- Review together, if you choose. Invite by exact handle; your friend accepts before seeing the ledger. Download a copy when needed.
Permissions that are easy to understand.
Owner
Manages invitations, roles, monthly limits and all entries. Can archive or reopen the space.
Editor
Adds expenses and repayment records, and corrects or voids their own entries.
Viewer
Reads the shared ledger and downloads a copy. Cannot add entries or change permissions.
Members see the whole shared-space history. Your other spaces, email and records from other brands are not shared. You can turn invitations off, decline an invitation or leave a group you do not own.
Clear records, with clear limits.
This is a manual tracker, not a bank connection or money-transfer service. Repayments are records, not proof of payment. Currency totals never combine or convert. Save only information your group is comfortable sharing; avoid bank details and sensitive documents.
Account records use access controls, not end-to-end encryption. Removing access cannot recall an earlier download. Archiving and voiding retain history; use account privacy requests for reviewed erasure. Read budgeting privacy details →
