University eligibility, pre-enrolment and the entrance test are separate steps. Start with your exact qualification and applicant category before paying.
Confirm the course is English-taught, the award gives appropriate university access, and all country/subject/grade requirements are met. Check national and university rules before paying.
A university can impose a separate portal, document check and earlier deadline. A pre-admission letter is conditional and does not waive the entrance test.
For the non-EU-abroad visa route, follow the university’s deadline and validation process. This is different from booking IMAT.
Select the correct competition and venue, submit the test application and retain both registration and payment receipts. For 2026 this step is already closed.
Check official results, mandatory interest confirmations where applicable and local university enrolment deadlines. An eligible score is not necessarily an allocated seat.
Follow official consular and university instructions in parallel where required; university validation does not guarantee a visa. Check the actual first-year course calendar before booking travel.
For an Indian qualification, also confirm eligibility for any intended future medical registration in India directly with the current NMC rules. Admission to an overseas course alone does not establish that eligibility.
These are examples from 2026/27, not a reusable deadline for every university or the next intake.
The current IMAT information page says applicants needed both the UniME application and Universitaly application by 20 July 2026. This is a Messina prerequisite, not the national IMAT booking deadline.
