2026/27 late foreign-qualification call closes 19 October 2026 for the listed resident/EU categories.

The bachelor’s degree is taught in English. Its mixed/blended delivery describes the teaching format, not a mixed-language degree.

An English-taught legal-services bachelor's degree; the current catalogue labels delivery as blended/mixed. It is not the five-year Italian law degree.

Academic and language preparation

Recognised university-entry qualification and TARM assessment through TOLC-SU. English preparation is assessed at B2 level; scores below the required threshold can lead to additional learning requirements (OFA), rather than exclusion from this open-access degree.

Application route and preparation

Foreign qualifications normally require Apply@UniTo. The fifth 2026/27 open-access undergraduate call runs 25 August–19 October 2026 only for Italians, EU/equivalent applicants and non-EU citizens legally resident in Italy. Visa applicants cannot use this late call. TOLC-SU is the current required assessment, with a specified historical English TOLC-E exemption. The official 2026/27 enrolment instructions set 8 October 2026 as the last TOLC date, earlier than the application deadline.

A published programme does not mean every intake is open. Confirm the academic year, applicant category, required documents and submission deadline on the official application page.

Tuition and funding context

2026/27 eligible applicants resident abroad, or dependent students with family abroad, use residence-country GDP-PPP contribution bands: €500/€600/€700/€800/€1,000/€1,500 plus €156 tax/stamp payment. Listed particularly-poor-country residents pay only €156, before any programme-specific charges. Confirm country band and reduction conditions; 2027/28 fees are unverified.

Application / processing charges

2026/27 Apply@UniTo fee: €60 for up to two programmes; separate CISIA test booking may have its own charge.
