The included services on this page define your support. Stages can overlap and depend on university or authority deadlines; admission, funding and visa decisions remain with the responsible institutions.

We confirm the exact scope before work starts. You retain control of your applications and must approve the information submitted in your name.
Fees, delivery arrangements and cancellation conditions belong to the quote you accept. A later package or price change does not change a previously accepted order.

Who pays your adviser?
A free consultation can be useful. Your university shortlist should still be built around you.
Look beyond the partner list
Some agencies receive payment from the universities they represent, which can limit the options they recommend. Ask whether your shortlist also considers suitable public universities and institutions outside that partner network.
Know what our fee covers
Our European packages pay for the application work you agree with us, including public-university routes and applications to institutions that do not appoint agents. Our service fee, applicable tax and third-party costs are shown separately.
Three questions to ask any adviser—including us
- Will you consider suitable public and non-partner universities for my profile?
- Who pays you for my chosen university, and does that affect my shortlist?
- What will I pay in service fees, tuition and other charges, and what is refundable?
Free counselling can be legitimate. A commission does not automatically mean an extra charge to you, and public or private status alone does not determine quality. Compare the full study cost, the options considered and the written scope.

Third-party charges are separate from our service fee.
Your case, course and destination may require additional assistance. Please discuss this with your counsellor; we confirm any extra work and service fees in writing before it starts.
The package price pays for the Via Glowbal support listed on the page. It is not the total cost of studying abroad.
- 1. Our service fee
- The selected package, or the custom scope you agree with us. Extra services require a separate quote.
- 2. Applicable tax
- Indian service prices are before GST. Your reviewed quote and invoice show the applicable rate and exact total. Overseas tax treatment is confirmed separately.
- 3. Third-party costs
- University application and tuition fees, examination registrations, visa/VFS charges, APS/VPD, CIMEA/DoV, translations, apostille, courier, insurance, travel and accommodation are separate unless your written quote expressly includes them.
Third-party fees depend on your country, university and provider. Pay the official provider directly where possible. If we arrange a payment for you, confirm the provider’s charge and any handling fee in writing first. Their refund rules can differ from ours.
Before paying, confirm the number of applications, delivery period, meetings, revisions, exclusions and cancellation terms. Counselling and application support do not guarantee admission, a scholarship or a visa.
Payment and your records
Check the service description, billing region, applicable taxes and total before paying. Use Indian checkout only for an eligible Indian billing address. Oman and international payment options are separate.
Keep your order reference. If a payment is pending after a bank debit, check its existing status before paying again. An issued invoice and a payment confirmation are separate records.
