- At today’s reference rates, two preclinical years and three clinical years total £262,500. The clinical rate is set when the student reaches those years and can increase; the first-year rate is not the price for every year.
Do not use a single annual reference as a guaranteed whole-degree price. A final budget also needs the exact clinical-year schedule, taxes, mandatory charges, accommodation, insurance, travel and any separate internship or licensing costs.

Manchester’s MBChB uses school/curriculum-specific entry requirements, UCAT and interview selection. The standard UCAS medicine deadline for 2027 entry is 15 October 2026; the relevant 2026 UCAT window has already closed.
