- This is a separate curriculum with a Georgian medical award, not a US medical degree or a US medical licence. Overseas training arrangements need a separate India-return eligibility review.
- The academic MD is separate from an independent-practice licence. Junior-doctor work is supervised; postgraduate training, state certification and Georgian-language requirements need a separate plan.
Do not use a single annual reference as a guaranteed whole-degree price. A final budget also needs the exact clinical-year schedule, taxes, mandatory charges, accommodation, insurance, travel and any separate internship or licensing costs.

Admission, a directory listing or a foreign degree does not guarantee Indian registration. Georgian junior-doctor work is supervised and is not independent practice. Indian citizens and OCI applicants planning India return need programme-specific assessment of the internship and local professional pathway against applicable NMC rules.
Read the NMC and India-return guide →Understand the country process.
These stages explain the country process. The university’s own intake call governs its exact entry grades, documents, tests and deadlines.
Living and other costs.
US$450–US$850 per month is the country-guide planning reference.
Already priced in USDTSMU publishes monthly rent of USD 300–600 plus USD 150–250 for food and personal spending. The resulting USD 450–850 planning range excludes flights, tuition and major medical expenses.. This is not a university accommodation quote or visa minimum; adjust it for Tbilisi.
Keep refundable deposits separate from fees you cannot recover. An offer, scholarship application or visa application does not guarantee its outcome.
Entrance tests and selection.
The country guide covers several admission routes, which can use different tests. Use the exact university and intake’s call to identify your own test. NEET eligibility for Indian citizens/OCI applicants is separate from this university’s admission test.
