- Plus one-off NUI fee EUR 135. Annual increases apply; historically around 2%, not a guaranteed rate. 50% fee before enrolment, balance by 31 January.
- At the current annual rate, tuition would total €310,000 over five years or €372,000 over six, before future increases and other charges.
Do not use a single annual reference as a guaranteed whole-degree price. A final budget also needs the exact clinical-year schedule, taxes, mandatory charges, accommodation, insurance, travel and any separate internship or licensing costs.

An Irish degree does not guarantee an internship or complete the Indian return pathway. Four-year graduate-entry medicine needs particular review against the applicable medical-course duration rule; prior non-medical study cannot simply be added.

Entrance tests and selection.
For RCSI’s privately funded non-EU school-leaver route, apply through the correct direct/region-specific channel and register separately for Casper. The published 2027 sitting is 17 January, with registration before the 15 January application deadline. The five- or six-year track depends on the school qualification.
This is not the four-year GEM route. A non-EU applicant who has already completed an undergraduate degree is directed to GEM under RCSI’s current policy, not to this school-leaver route.
