Entrance tests and applying
RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences
RCSI’s non-EU four-year GEM route requires an eligible honours-level bachelor’s degree and competitive MCAT or GAMSAT results, followed by its selection process. Apply directly or through Atlantic Bridge when resident in North America. This is not the school-leaver Casper route.
The official 2027 page guides interview consideration at MCAT 503 or GAMSAT 60, not guaranteed admission. Non-EU and EU test-validity and selection rules differ; India-return duration needs separate review.

An Irish degree does not guarantee an internship or complete the Indian return pathway. Four-year graduate-entry medicine needs particular review against the applicable medical-course duration rule; prior non-medical study cannot simply be added.
Four-year medical study requires specific review against the 54-month medical-course condition; a non-medical bachelor’s does not automatically fill it.
